- All products
and pricing are subject to availability.
Applicable taxes and setup are extra.
- Production times vary by product and
manufacturer. On average, the majority of our products
can be produced and ready-to-ship in 7 to 14 days from
final artwork approval. All production times noted
reflect business days only and are stated from the day
after final artwork approval and do not represent
delivery times. Rush services are available on a number
of items upon request for an additional charge.
- The majority of STANDOUT Promotional
Product (STANDOUT) shipments within Canada are
free-of-charge. We normally ship courier (ie Canpar,
UPS, Purolator, Fed-Ex) ground service. Overnight
courier is available however freight surcharges will be
added to final invoice. A minimal number of items due
to weight or bulk will be levied a freight surcharge,
however these fees will be clearly marked on the
original quotation.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless
otherwise noted. If any aspect of an order changes
STANDOUT reserves the right to tender a updated
quotation.
- Pricing made available on the
STANDOUT browsing catalogue site is representative of the manufacturers
list price and does not necessarily represent the final
STANDOUT price. Although every effort is made to
represent pricing in Cdn$ list prices, please understand
that we source product from numerous US-based vendors
and some data is only made available from the
manufacturer in US$ list. Browsing catalogue pricing listed should be
used and is intended only for reference purposes.
- All wearables are priced as blanks
only. All hard goods are priced based on a one
position/one colour imprint unless otherwise noted.
Setup charges are extra and noted in the "Additional
Information" section of the product details screen.
- Order Cancellation: Once artwork is
approved 50% of order costs are non-refundable. Once
imprinted 100% of costs are non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise arranged new
customers are required to pay invoice prior to
shipping. Payment is permitted via cheque, Visa,
Mastercard or American Express. For customers with
approved credit, any account not paid in full within 30
days will be charged 2% per month. PST exempt numbers
must be provided for receipt of exemption. Over/under
run charges may be billed separately.
- Over-run/Under-runs: Plus/minus 5%
of run quantity is considered a complete order and you
will be invoiced accordingly. (Planners and calendars
are 8%)
- STANDOUT sources product from a
large number of manufacturers. Each supplier has their
own warranty specifications. It is the customer's
responsibility to check over their order immediately
upon receipt. Any breakage, inferior products and/or
printing should be immediately reported to STANDOUT so
that we can take appropriate action.
- FREE Art: For all promotional
product orders, we provide free graphic services to
insure that your logo will look its best. For all
printing services orders, we provide 1/2 hour of free
graphic services to touch up your file for best
reproduction.
- Company logos appearing in the
website may or may not be customers of STANDOUT
Promotional Products, however their presence does not
constitute endorsement of STANDOUT.
- By submitting order and/or artwork
to STANDOUT, the customer represents that the use or
display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws
or client restrictions. Customer hereby agrees to
hold STANDOUT harmless of all claims.
- STANDOUT Promotional Products
reserves the right to refuse any order.
